You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All content and software associated with IMG Upscaler Pro (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to IMG Upscaler Pro and are protected by copyright and other laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at our discretion and without notice if you violate these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMG Upscaler Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance.
All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service provider. Charges are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a token bundle or subscription you authorise us (and Stripe on our behalf) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount, including any taxes. Tokens are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment and can be used to upscale images according to your current plan.
Unused tokens are refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that none of the tokens in the purchased bundle have been redeemed. To request a refund, email support@imgupscaler.pro from the address associated with your account. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. By redeeming any token in a bundle before the expiry of the 14-day period, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account dashboard; the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to contest any illegitimate chargebacks and to recover any associated fees.
We do not store complete credit-card numbers or CVC codes on our servers. All payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe via industry-standard encryption. You acknowledge and agree that Stripe is solely responsible for the security of your payment data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMG Upscaler Pro UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) the content you upload, or (iii) your misuse of the services.
We may modify our prices or billing structure at any time. Any changes will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle following notice to you via email or through the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
